Effect of Artificial Light Exposure on Estrus Synchronization and Hormone Secretion of Minxinan Black Female Rabbits

  • 摘要:   目的  研究不同光源诱导闽西南黑母兔同期发情与激素之间的关系,以提高闽西南黑兔的繁殖性能。  方法  选用150日龄未经产雌性闽西南黑兔,于LED灯和节能灯下饲养1周,光照周期L:D=16:8 h,对照组只提供自然光照。于补光前1 d、光照3 d后和光照7 d后观察记录发情率并耳缘静脉采血。采用ELISA方法,研究不同光源对闽西南黑兔褪黑激素、促卵泡素和雌二醇分泌的影响。  结果  (1)LED灯和节能灯光组的发情率明显高于对照组,差异显著,表明LED灯和节能灯补光对闽西南黑母兔的发情率有明显影响;(2)ELISA试剂盒检测不同光源下血清中褪黑激素、促卵泡素和雌二醇素含量,LED灯和节能灯光处理使150日龄闽西南黑母兔在光照后3 d和光照后7 d血清中褪黑激素水平显著降低,而促卵泡素和雌二醇激素水平有增加的趋势,但差异不显著。  结论  不同光源长光照可以显著影响150日龄未经产雌性闽西南黑兔同期发情,且对血浆中的褪黑激素具有明显下降作用,但对促卵泡素和雌二醇影响较小。
