Utilization of Fermented Mulberry Leaves to Enhance Ruminant Digestion of Hu Sheep

  • 摘要:   目的   研究发酵桑叶在湖羊瘤胃中的产气效果及降解率,为发酵桑叶的推广应用提供理论基础。   方法   选用苜蓿和羊草作为试验对照,采集3头健康成年湖羊瘤胃液,利用体外产气法评估发酵桑叶在瘤胃中48 h内的产气发酵参数。   结果   发酵桑叶48 h体外产气总量为187.25 mL·g−1,与苜蓿体外产气总量差异不显著(P>0.05),但极显著高于羊草(P<0.01);发酵桑叶总可挥发性脂肪酸浓度为46.78 mmol·L−1,极显著高于羊草组(P<0.01);其中发酵桑叶的乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、戊酸、异丁酸和异戊酸浓度分别为29.76、10.18、4.12、1.54、0.48和0.70 mmol·L−1,除丙酸外,其他酸浓度均显著高于羊草(P<0.01);其中丁酸和戊酸浓度显著高于苜蓿(P<0.01)。发酵桑叶、苜蓿和羊草发酵液中氨态氮(NH3-N)含量分别为1.03、1.75和0.71 mmol·mL−1,组间差异极显著(P<0.01);发酵桑叶的乙酸丙酸比值为2.92,极显著高于苜蓿和羊草(P<0.01);发酵桑叶的干物质降解率为46.76%,极显著低于苜蓿和羊草(P<0.01),中性洗涤纤维降解率为70.25%,极显著高于苜蓿和羊草(P<0.01)。   结论   发酵桑叶能促进反刍动物瘤胃产气发酵,可以在反刍动物饲料中应用推广。
