摘要:
研究5个播种量(135,180,225,270,315kg·hm-2)对大麦苗产量和品质的影响,结果显示:不同播种量的麦苗产量和品质存在明显差异。适当增加播种量有利于提高麦苗产量,但当播种量达到225kg·hm-2的水平后,再增加播种量,对产量的影响不大;随着播种量的增大,叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量呈下降趋势,SOD活性呈先升后降的趋势。试验认为大麦苗生产适宜播种量为225kg·hm-2左右。
Abstract:
The effects of five sowing quantity(135,180,225,270,315kg·hm-2)on barley seedling Grain Yield and quality were studied.The results showed that barley seedling yield and quality were significant differences among different sowing amount treatments.Appropriate increasing seeding rate was conducive to improve the yield of barley seedling.But when the sowing quantity was over 225kg·hm-2,increasing seeding rate could not improve barley seedling′s yield.At the same time,with increasing seeding rate,the chlorophyll and soluble protein content decreased and SOD activities increased at first and then decreased.The test showed that the suitable sowing amount for barley seedling production was about 225kg·hm-2.
