Cloning and Expression Analysis of Dihydroflavonol 4-reductase in Strelitzia reginae

  • 摘要: 采用RT-PCR方法从鹤望兰蓝色花瓣中克隆到类黄酮合成途径关键基因SrDFR, 该片段长246bp, 编码82个氨基酸。氨基酸同源性分析表明, SrDFR推导的氨基酸序列与已报道的其他植物的DFR蛋白具有很高的同源性。系统进化树分析显示, 鹤望兰SrDFR与姜荷花聚为一类, 亲缘关系较近。应用半定量PCR分析表明, SrDFR在蓝色花瓣中高表达, 在黄色花萼和叶片中低表达, 且在花发育的始花期表达量最高, 表明该基因在蓝色花瓣发育过程中起着重要作用。
