Foraging Behavior of Worker Bees Affected by Nasonov Gland Extraction from Apis cerana cerana

  • 摘要: 本研究探讨中华蜜蜂Apis cerana cerana奈氏腺粗提物对工蜂采集行为的影响。结果表明,采用腹部提取法、腺体切除法与注射提取法提取的奈氏腺粗提物对中华蜜蜂工蜂采集行为有影响,采集蜂会在奈氏腺粗提物周围做无规则剧烈飞跃,腹部不断左右摆动,同时伴有振翅现象。风洞试验和室外试验结果表明,腺体切除法收集到的奈氏腺粗提物引诱中华蜜蜂工蜂的效果最好,注射提取法次之。3种不同方法收集到的奈氏腺粗提物均随着其放置距离增加,采集蜂访问的数量呈减少趋势。
