优质抗病水稻新品种福农优404的选育

Breeding a High-quality, Disease-resistant Rice, Funong You 404

  • 摘要:   目的  充分挖掘和利用优质的光身稻资源,加强优良杂交水稻恢复系的创制,选育优质、抗病的杂交水稻新品种。  方法  以光身稻澳大利亚-112为母本,与抗稻瘟病恢复系明恢77杂交,经系谱法选育,同时在福建省上杭县进行稻瘟病抗性鉴定,2012年田间代号为HN476的株系定名为泉恢404,2015年泉恢404与优质不育系福农A少量制种,2016—2017年分别在福建省惠安县、福建省德化县及海南省三亚市参加多点品比试验,2018年推荐福农优404参加三明市种子企业联合体中稻组区域试验,2019年参加续试,两年区试中产量、抗性及米质表现突出,2020年进行生产试验,2021年育成了高产、优质及抗病的杂交中稻新品种福农优404。  结果  福农优404两年区试中的平均产量达8 721.75 kg·hm−2,比对照品种Ⅱ优3301增产1.96%,表现丰产和稳产等特点,中抗(MR)稻瘟病,米质达部颁三等优质食用稻品种标准,通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定(闽审稻20210031)。  结论  福农优404品种具有产量较高、米质优和抗病性好等优点,适宜在福建省作中稻种植。
