Effects of Different Culture Conditions on the Population Growth of Pseudocohnilembus Persalinus

Abstract:
Three different temperatures(6,12and 20℃)and four culture mediums(lixivium of shrimp flesh, lixivium of wheat,beef extract and peptone culture solution)were used to reveal the population dynamics of P.persalinus in different conditions.The results showed that:the proliferation rate of the population density at 6℃ is slow,increased with the concentration of culture media,reached growth period at day 9and got the maximum on day 12;at 20℃,the population density increased rapidly and the group of beef extract reached the maximum population density(57 490ind·mL-1)on day 3;at 12℃,the population density showed:beef extract> wheat lixivium >shrimp flesh lixivium> peptone.The largest population density of the optimal concentration of culture solution at 12℃showed:beef extract(2.25g·L-1)> shrimp flesh(4.5g·L-1)>wheat(10.14g·L-1) > peptone(2.25g·L-1);the population growth rates showed:beef extract(2.25g·L-1)>wheat(10.14 g·L-1)>shrimp flesh(4.5g·L-1)> peptone(2.25g·L-1),therefore,in lixivium of shrimp flesh and wheat the population density was bigger and then the stationary phase was significantly longer than other culture solutions.Our results suggested that beef extract conld be applied to rapidly expanding growth of short-term population,the lixivium of shrimp flesh and wheat conld be applied to laboratory breeds conservation,and the population density and population growth rate could reach the maximum at 12℃ and 20℃,respectively.These findings will be benefit for the providing of a laboratory culture and preservation method of P.persalinus,and provide experimental ecological data of P.persalinus in marine aquaculture also.
Experimental Study on Anti-fatigue Effect of Mucin Glycoprotein from Squid

Abstract:
To evaluate the anti-fatigue effect of mucin glycoprotein from squid,male mice were divided into 4groups randomly and were given different dose of mucin glycoprotein from squid.After 4weeks,the mice′s exhaustive loaded swimming time,liver glycogen level,glucose level,blood lactic acid level,and lactic acid dehydrogenase activity were detected.Compared with the control group,medium and high dose of squid mucin glycoprotein could significantly prolong mice′s exhaustive loaded-swimming time,increase the content of liver glycogen and glucose, improve the blood lactate dehydrogenase activity,while reduce the after-exercise blood lactic acid content,which would prevent the accumulation of lactic acid in muscle and blood,so as to postpone the occurrence of fatigue.In conclusion,Mucin glycoprotein from squid had obvious anti-fatigue effect on mice.
Slaughter Performance and Meat Quality of New Meat Lines of Liancheng White Duck

Abstract:
In order to determine the meat quality and flavor characteristics of the new meat lines of Liancheng white duck,the slaughter performance,muscle nutrients,delicious amino acids,essential acids and total amino acid of two new meat lines of Liancheng white duck raised for 70days were measured and comparatively analyzed with the original Liancheng white duck.The results showed that the eviscerated rate,pectoral rate,sebum rate,abdominal fat of the new meat strain(Ⅰ)and(Ⅱ)of Liancheng white duck were significantly higher than that of original Liancheng white duck(P<0.05),but no significant differences on drip loss rate and contents of water,crude protein,crude fiber,crude fat,delicious amino acid,essential amino acid and total amino acid(P>0.05)..It is suggested that the new meat lines of Liancheng white duck had improvement in the early-stage growth rate,and the meat quality was consistent with the stock seed Liancheng white duck.
Genotypic Difference on Rice Ratooning Relating to Stubble Height

Abstract:
Rice ratooning in relation to its variety and stubble height was studied.One hundred ninety two cultivars that are widely used in practice in the country and two stubble heights(i.e.,5cm.and 40cm)were the variables included for the study.The results indicated that the ratooning of the high stubble rice(40cm)was significantly greater than its counterpart(5cm).And,for different varieties of rice,the stubble height affected the ratooning differently.For instance,most of the japonica varieties were found to be suitable for the low stubble treatment, whereas the indica rices were better fitted for the high stubble treatment.In this study,some of the varieties,such as Shaoniejing,Taipei 309,Yongyou 6and R402-10,showed a strong ability of ratooning.The results provided not only the germplasm resource available for breeding,but also rich information for future studies of genetic and physiological mechanisms on rice ratiooning.
Analysis on Major Characters of the 73 Indica Hybrid Rice Combinations Registered in Fujian Province During 2008-2012

Abstract:
The major characters of 73indica varieties released in Fujian province from 2008to 2012were analysed. The results showed that the majority of registered varieties were three-line hybrid rice combinations,and many male sterile lines were used.Most of the combinations had a high grain yield and good rice quality,the quality and yield traits in rice were preliminary coordinated。The male sterile lines had great ffect on blast resistance of combination and the the combining ability of restorer line has important roles in yield heterosis.Base on these results,the strategis about combinations breeding were discussed.
A Preliminary Rice Genetic Model Based on 1000-grain Weight

Abstract:
Thousand-grain weight(TGW)is one of the important indicators for rice yield determination.For the study,F1rice crossed from parents with significant difference on TGW and its F2by self-crossing the F1 were used. The TGW traits of P1,F1,P2and F2 were the basis for the evaluation.An optimal model was selected from the quantitative trait master+ multi-gene mixed inheritance models.The genetic prediction by the model indicated that the TGW of the crossed rice varieties followed a C-0mode,and the inherant rate of the main genes was 0.86%-0.97% while that of the multiple genes 68.06%-80.33%.The combined,overall rate for the genes to pass on from one generation to the next was 68.92%-81.30%.
Effect of Sowing Amount on Yield and Quality of Barley Seedling

Abstract:
The effects of five sowing quantity(135,180,225,270,315kg·hm-2)on barley seedling Grain Yield and quality were studied.The results showed that barley seedling yield and quality were significant differences among different sowing amount treatments.Appropriate increasing seeding rate was conducive to improve the yield of barley seedling.But when the sowing quantity was over 225kg·hm-2,increasing seeding rate could not improve barley seedling′s yield.At the same time,with increasing seeding rate,the chlorophyll and soluble protein content decreased and SOD activities increased at first and then decreased.The test showed that the suitable sowing amount for barley seedling production was about 225kg·hm-2.
Study on the Cumulative Change Rule of Tuberous Root Element in Different Varieties of Cassava

Abstract:
Using F15,F901,G15,Switzerland N4and GR911cassava varieties as materials,the dry matter content,protein content,starch content,soluble sugar content and yield in harvest time were determined during tuberous root of enlargement stage.The results showed that the dry matter and starch accumulation of tuberous root were positively correlation with growth period,which contents of testing varieties(except F901)were gradually increased with time prolonged.While the protein content were first rises then falls during the growing season,and the peak happened at November.According to the performance of starch and yield,the recommended harvest times of F15,F901,GR911were January,which starch content kept continuous rising trend.While the recommended harvest time of G15and Switzerland N4 were December,which starch content increased slowly or remained unchanged during December.
Effects of Different Medicament Treatments on Main Quality of ‘Summer Black' Grape

Abstract:
In order to choose the best treatment on berry quality of ‘Summer Black'grape,four kinds of combined reagents including Baoguoyou′and Guoshimei′,ABA and Baoguoyou′,Guoshimei′and Nongjiufu′,ABA and Haijingling′were used one week before the turning-color period.Meanwhile,clear water was used as control.The results showed that four treatments improved the fruit color,total sugar content,sugar acid ratio and soluble solids content,but reduced the titratable acid content.In the contrast,they had no significant influence on the berry length and width,average berry weight and vitamin C content.Our results indicated that the effect of Guoshimei′and Nongjiufu′treatment was better than the others.
Effect of Alcohol on Active Oxygen Metabolism During Deastringent Treatment for Fruit of Persimmon cv.Zaohong

Abstract:
Fruits of persimmon cv.‘Zaohong'were treated with 40%and 30%alcohol respectively for deastringent treatment.The effect of alcohol on active oxygen metabolism in the fruits was investigated for the changes in the content of MDA、the rate of O-2net generation、the activities of SOD、POD、CAT and the content of Vc during deastringent period.The results indicated that,after the treatment,the tendency of MDA content was increased first then followed a descending.The higher of alcohol concentration,the greater of the MDA percentage was,and the less time to reach its peak value.The rates of O-· 2net generation were increase in first 48hours and the differences were indistinctive among the treatments.Thereafter,the rates of O-· 2net generation were decreased rapidly,especially in 40% alcohol treatment.The activity of SOD increased significantly,particularly in the later phase of deastringent treatment.The activity of POD descended slightly in beginning,then increased rapidly and followed with descended again.The higher alcohol concentration,the wider extent in change of up and down was. The activity of CAT was increase,but in 30% alcohol treated fruits,the CAT activity decreased after 48hour treatment.The content of Vc decreased rapidly in fruits treated with 40% and 30% alcohol for 24and 48hours, respectively,then the Vc content was maintained in constant level.During deastringent treatment,the changes in active oxygen content showed similar trend as the changes in tannin content,which indicated the positive effects of alcohol on deastringent treatment.The results also showed that the alcohol for deastringent treatment was stress to active oxygen metabolism and the alcohol could be the main factor of deastringency for persimmon cv.Zaohong.
Comparative Study on Photosynthesis Characteristics Between Syzygium samarangense Cutting and Mother Plant Leaves

Abstract:
With the rapid propagation system of germchit intelligent monitor and control,the differences of Syzygium samarangense cutting with mother plant leaves were compared in photosynthesis characteristics during their rooting period.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of cutting leaves was higher than that of mother plant leaf at cuttage prometaphase,while the effective quantum yield of photosystemⅡ(Yield)was maintained at high level all time in vitro.After rooting,the electron transfer rate(ETR)of cutting leaves of Syzygium samarangense was higher than that of mother plant leaves.The results indicated that,by the rapid propagation system of germchit intelligent monitor and control,the photosynthetic ability of Syzygium samarangense cutting leaves were not inferior to that of mother plant leaves,which maintained the level while cutting off.The rooting of cuttings depended on leaf photosynthesis for furnishing matter and energy.
Effect of Planting Density and Combined Application of Nitrogen,with Potassium on Ginger Yield Optimized by 311-A Regression Design

Abstract:
The effect of planting density and combined application of Nitrogen with Potassium were studied on the yield of“Datian jinjiang”ginger by 311-A regression design.The results showed that planting density and combined application of Nitrogen with Potassium affected the ginger yield significantly,and any over dosage in application would reduce ginger yield.With the optimization by computer,the results suggested that the high yield would be obtained by density in 4.39 Million4.8 Million plants per hectare and fertilizing N in 151.4~209.5kg·hm-2 combined with K2O in 88.2~117.1kg·hm-2.
Preliminary Study on Cold Resistance of Different Sweet Pepper Varieties

Abstract:
Under the low temperature stress,12sweet pepper varieties were comprehensively evaluated using subordinate function method combined with correlation analyses based on the relative electric conductivity,MDA content,and proline content.The results showed that,with the temperature decreasing,the relative electric conductivity,the content of MDA,and the content of proline in sweet pepper leaf were increasing.Different sweet pepper varieties had different responses to continuous cold stress.Among them,'Zhongjiao No.4','Duofu',' Zhongjiao No.8','Zhongjiao No.105'were high cold tolerance,'Jinghuaxing'and'Guanjunjiaowang'were low cold tolerance,the other 6varieties were moderate cold tolerance.
Observation in Morphology of Mycelium and Basidiospore for Sparassis crispawith Scanning Electron Microscope

Abstract:
Microstructure of fungal hypha and spore is important in classification for fungus species.In this paper, the hypha and basidiospore of Sparassis crispa were described in their morphology observed with scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the hypha was white with the uniform diameter between 1.4~2.2μm,and dikaryotic hypha had obvious clamp connection.Basidiospore was subglobose to ellipsoid with the size of 3.1~4.4 μm×3.8~5.4μm.The research is helpful to identify and classify the genus of Sparassis crispa.
Dissipation and Terminal Residue of Azoxystrobin in Lychee Under Field Conditions

Abstract:
We developed an effective method to determine the azoxystrobin residue in lychee And field trials were designed to evaluate the dissipation and residue of azoxystrobin in lychee at Guangzhou and Nanning.The samples were extracted by methanol and detected by GC-ECD.The results showed that the average recoveries of 83.0%-85.1%,83.3%-84.9% and 80.6% ~84.5% with relative standard deviations of 2.24%-3.88%,2.77%-3.84%and 2.90%-3.68%at the spiked level of 0.01,0.01and 1mg·kg-1.The limit of detection(LOD)was 0.005mg·kg-1 and the limit of quantification(LOQ)was 0.01 mg·kg-1.Meanwhile,the half lives of azoxystrobin in lychee of Guangzhou and Nanning were 2.8-5.7days and 3.5-7.2days,respectively,and the terminal residue were 0.01-0.16mg·kg-1,<0.01mg·kg-1 and 0.02-0.73mg·kg-1 in the whole fruit,flesh and peel at the 7days after last application,and were<0.01-0.12mg·kg-1,<0.01mg·kg-1 and 0.01-0.54 mg·kg-1 in the whole fruit,flesh and peel at the 14days after last application.Our results suggest that the terminal residue in whole fruit are all below the maximum residue limit(MRL)set by China(0.5mg·kg-1).
Study on the Water Retention Performance of Starch Water Retaining Agent

Abstract:
Based on the starch water retaining agent(SWRA),the water retention capacity and capacity were measured.The result showed that the performance of SWRA was affected by water medium,pH value,fertilizer fluid and soil environment.The SWRA is unsuitable for high salt content of soil.The water absorption rate decreased with the concentration of NaCl increased.The water absorption rate is highest at pH 6.5.The urea has the best water absorption in nitrogen fertilizer fluid.The loam has better repetitive water absorption capacity.When the water content of loam is 75%,the water retention is the best.
Effects of Land Uses on Carbon Emissions and Their Spatial-temporal Patterns in Guizhou Province

Abstract:
Based on the statistic area data of land utilization and energy consumption from 2001to 2010in Guizhou Province,we analyzed the effects of land uses on carbon emissions and their spatial-temporal patterns in Guizhou province by using carbon emission model.The conclusion could be drawn as follows:The total carbon emission was increasing with an annual rate of 2.9556×106t from 2001to 2010;The carbon emission by construction land had been contribution reaches above 96.86%,and there was an increasing trend;Carbon emission intensity decreased continuously,from 2.21×10-4 t·Yuan-1 in 2001falling to 1.21×10-4 t·Yuan-1 in 2010,with an annual decreased rate of 6.95%,lower than the increase rate of GDP which was 16.85%;Carbon emission payment imbalance,which caused ecological deficit;There were obvious differences in net carbon emission in 2010,with a gradually reducing trend from west to east.Liupanshui,southwest of Guizhou were the type of HE-LE(High emission-Low efficiency)while southeast of Guizhou,Tongren,Zunyi and Anshun were LE-HE(Low emissionHigh efficiency).Guiyang,south of Guizhou,Bijie were the type of ME-ME(Middle emission-Middle efficiency).
3D Landscape Model of Strait Tea Expo Park Construction Based on Sketchup

Abstract:
Based on Mr.Zhang Tianfu′s idea of tea ceremony in frugality,honesty,harmony and tranquility and combined it with landscape design theory and methods,this paper proposes the creative landscape design for Strait Tea Expo Park.The researches were carried out on quick designing and effective constructing for the 3Dlandscape model with Sketchup software and were able to display the model in 3Dscene with browsing.The 3Dlandscape model intuitively showed the design concept in Strait Tea Expo Park and provided a 3Dvisual display for the construction of the landscape model of creative agriculture.
A Data Collection System for Ecology and Biodiversity Investigation of Wuyi Mountain base on Android

Abstract:
The authors of the paper developed a data collection system for ecology and biodiversity investigation of Wuyi Mountain base on android,to collect data conveniently and accurately.The study was to analyze field survey data collection workflow for ecology and biodiversity investigation of Wuyi Mountain,developed a data collection standards.Investigator could gather ecology and biodiversity information by mobile intelligent terminal,which transmits data from field system to interior system via wireless.The field system provided some of information collecting function,such as the survey point GPS,habitat,photo,sound,etc.The interior system could receive the survey results,and printed reports or save excel files after analysis and processing.The collection system will replace the traditional pen and paper records,simplify the process of field survey,improve the ecology and biodiversity survey data quality,provide portable data collection tool for ecology and biodiversity investigation of Wuyi Mountain.
Effect of Bean Dregs Bacterial Fertilizer on Tea Cultivation

Abstract:
The experiment was conducted to research the effect of bacterial fertilizer made of bean dregs on tea cultivation.Comparing with the control in spraying clear water,the results showed that the bacterial fertilizer of bean dregs increased the number of tea bud per unit area by 26.62% and increased the tea yield by 26.24%.The date of picking tea leaves was 3-5days earlier for fertilized tea trees than for the control,and picking period was prolonged about 10days longer as well.Moreover,the effect of applying bean dregs bacterial fertilizer was observed on enhancing tenderness of tea buds,reducing the incidence rate in common diseases for the tea and improving the sensory quality and biochemical qualities of the tea while comparing those with the control groups.The bacterial fertilizer of bean dregs performed good effect in tea cultivation with the prospect in application.
