Optimization for Regeneration System of Embryonic Tips of Vegetable Soybean

  • Embryonic tips from 'Mindou No.5' were used in testing the effect of NaClO on sterilization and homomycin B on screening stress for inducing of adventitious buds and root growing.The result showed that the optimal effect on sterilization was 10% NaClO for 10 min;the screening stress of hygromycin B was 7 mg·L-1 at elongation stage of buds from embryonic tips.Comparing culture mediums,the rooting culture medium presented better in root growing without 6-BA,the medium consisting of 1/2 MS salt+1/2 B5 organic matter +3% sucrose+0.56% agar+1.0 mg·L-1 IBA,pH 5.8.
