Research on Tissue Culture and Fast Propagation Technology of Sapindus mukurossi

  • Vigorous young stem segment of Sapindus mukurossi were used as explants for tissue culture and fast propagation.The results showed that the optimum medium formula of bud induction culture was MS + NAA 0.2 mg·L-1+IBA 0.05mg·L-1+6-BA 3.0mg·L-1and the bud rate reached 94.01%.The optimum combination of multiplication culture was MS+IBA 0.02mg·L-1+6-BA 1.0mg·L-1.During rooting culture,1/2MS+ IBA 0.5mg·L-1+ NAA 0.1mg·L-1 was the optimum medium.The highest rooting rate is 80.47%.After refine seeding transplant,the survival rate was maximal for 89.21%.
