Structure Design of Microbial Fermentation Bed Large-scale Piggery for Pig Raising

  • In this study, the large-scale pig house was with an area of 2 100m2, covered by 1 900m2 fermentation bed, the utilization rate of which was 91.4%, 45% higher than traditional piggery construction.Feeding troughs were equipped around the piggery, and the water trough was set in the middle of the fermentation bed and short feeding trough, which made the forage separated from the water.The piggery was equipped with an electric aluminum alloy shutter in both long sides controlled by computer to regulate the ventilation, cooling and heat preservation.Both short sides were respectively equipped with fans and wet curtains.The spray cooling devices were installed outside the roof as an air condition in piggery.Piggery environment, including light, temperature, water, humidity, carbon dioxide and ammonia, was automatically controlled by computer.Using coconut chaff and chaff as the mattress of fermentation bed to raise pig was with no smell, zero emissions, high meat quality, less labor, disease control, no drug residues, fertilizer production, intelligent control, and mechanization operation.
