Study on the Mosaic Disease of Cruciferous Vegetable in Fuzhou

  • The mosaic disease of cruciferous vegetable was very widespread in Fuzhou city.Among the vegetables,Brassica sp.and B.chinensis were most attacked by the disease with 10%~30% incidence.The next,Raphanus sativas and B.juncea were frequently attacked with 5% ~20% incidence.In the recent years,the disease also occured in the plantation of B.oleracea var.botrytis and B.oleracea var.cap itate.The causal agents of cruciferous vegetable mosaic disease were three groups of viruses,they were TMV,CMV and TuM V.The identification researchon the strains of TuMV and CMV w as reported in this article.
