Abstract
Microstructure of fungal hypha and spore is important in classification for fungus species. In this paper, the hypha and basidiospore of Sparassis crispa were described in their morphology observed with scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the hypha was white with the uniform diameter between 1.4~2.2μm,and dikaryotic hypha had obvious clamp connection.Basidiospore was subglobose to ellipsoid with the size of 3.1~4.4 μm×3.8~5.4μm.The research is helpful to identify and classify the genus of Sparassis crispa.
