  • A polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and single-strain conformation polymorphism (SSCP) assay were applied to rapidly analyze the molecular variability in the citrus Huanglongbing pathogens (Candidatus Liberobacter asiaticus) collected from citrus orchards of different places.The result showed that there was no differences among the pathogens in PCR-SSCP by using Primer 1 and Primer 2.
