外源乙烯利与茉莉酸施用时期对甜菜生长及产量品质的调控效应

Growth, Yield, and Quality of Sugar Beets Affected by Application Timing of Ethephon and Jasmonic Acid

    目的 为探究外源乙烯利(ethephon, ETH)与茉莉酸(jasmonic acid, JA)施用时期对甜菜生长及产质量的调控效应。
    方法 本研究于2025年在新疆石河子以甜菜品种‘KWS7748’为材料开展了田间试验。共设置5个处理:清水对照(CK)、前期(叶丛快速生长期)喷施ETH(T1)、中后期(块根膨大期)喷施ETH(T2)、前期配施ETH+JA(T3)及中后期配施ETH+JA(T4),系统测定甜菜全生育期的农艺性状、光合特性、抗氧化酶活性、产量与品质指标。
    结果 与CK相比,T1处理显著提高了块根产量,达148.05 t·hm−2,但含糖率较低;T2处理显著提高产量的同时含糖率表现稳定。两种配施处理中,T3处理表现最优,其叶面积指数、叶片光合色素含量及抗氧化系统活性均维持较高水平,最终在获得较高产量(143.16 t·hm−2)的同时,实现了高含糖率(11.51%)与高产糖量(16.46 t·hm−2)。主成分分析进一步证实,T3处理在协同优化甜菜“源-库”关系、增强抗逆能力及提升产质量方面综合表现最佳。
    结论 于叶丛快速生长期和块根膨大期叶面喷施900 g·hm−2乙烯利与225 g·hm−2茉莉酸,是协调新疆北疆甜菜高产与高糖的有效化控技术。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Effects of application timing of ethephon (ETH) and/or jasmonic acid (JA) in regulating the growth, yield, and quality of sugar beets were studied.
    Method A field experiment was conducted in Shihezi, Xinjian in 2025 on sugar beet KWS7748 . The plants were foliar-sprayed with water as control (CK), ETH at early, rapid leaf growth stage (T1), JA at mid-late, root bulking stage (T2), ETH and JA at early stage (T3) or ETH and JA at mid-late stage (T4). Agronomic traits, photosynthetic characteristics, antioxidant enzyme activities, and beet yield and quality indicators were monitored throughout the plant growth periods.
    Result T1 significantly increased the beet yield over CK to 148.05 t·hm−2. However, the sugar content in the beets was the lowest among the plants under the various treatments. In contrast, T2 also significantly elevated the yield but maintained a constant sugar content. Between T3 and T4, T3 produced plants with greater leaf area index (LAI), total chlorophyll content at late stage, and antioxidant activity, resulting in higher beet yield of 143.16 t·hm−2 with the highest sugar content of 11.51% and crop yield of 16.46 t·hm−2. The principal component analysis indicated that T3 simultaneously optimized the cultivation on source-sink relationship, stress resistance, yield as well as beet quality.
    Conclusion The foliar application of 900 g·hm−2 ethephon with 225 g·hm−2 jasmonic acid at the rapid leaf growth and root bulking stages was effective in increasing the yield and sugar content in the beets.
