Storage Carbohydrate Accumulation and Transportation Pattern of High Yielding Colony of Hybrid Rice

Abstract:
Storage carbohydrates(SC)accumulation and transportation pattem in high yielding colony of hybrid rice appeared as Logistic curve with the highest accumtilation speed at flowring stage.Among storage carbohydrates, the starch assumulation trends also appeared as Logistic curve with the highest accumulation soeed at earlier stage of milk mature, However,the accumulation trends of monosaccharides and oligosaccharides appeared as single kurtosis curve with the highest accumulation amount at heading stage From initative panicle differentiation to heading,a lot of SC waS accumulation in vegetative organs especially in sheaths and stems After heading the SC ws transported to panicles,which composed 30%~33% of the SC accumulated in grains.Most of transportable SC was transportion to panicles in ten days after heading,which was about the half of seed SC accurnulated in the same period.Under the production condition of Longhai City,the SC accumulation of earlier crop hybrid rice was higher in sheaths and stems before heading and form leaf photosynthesis after heading Therefore,the grain yield of earlier crop rice showed greatly higher than that of later crop rice.
Dry Matter Accumulation and Transportation in High Yielding Colony of Hybrid Rice

Abstract:
Dry matter accumulation pattern of high yielding hybrid rice colony appeared as Logistic curve with the highest accumulation speed at meiosis stage.The accumulation amount was the maximurn in middle period(panicle initiative differentiation to heading),the second in later period(after heading)and the little in earlier period(before oanicle initiative differentiation).There were relevantlv different dry matter distribution centers in various growth stageS of rice.The distribution center in earlier period was leaves and sheaths,in middle period was leaves,sheaths and stems,and in later period was panicles, About 73%~75% of panicle filling matter was from photosynthesis after heading,and 27%~25% from the transportable storage matter in vegetatibve organs.Among the total transporting matter of vegetative organs,about 80% was storage carbohydrates and 6% was N P K The advantageous light and temperature condition in middle and later periods of earller crop promoted the dry matter production of hybrid rice,which made the grain yield of earlier crop rice much higher than that of later crop rice.

correlation and path-coefficient analysis for agronomic characteristics of 265 balk sOybean varieties of the land race from Fujian shows that all thes traits possess a great genetic variability and selection potential.Especiatly,the numbers of branches per plant,pods per plant,seeds per plant and seed weight per plant have the greatest GCV,diameter of stem has the greatest heritabili ty,secondly are podding height,braches and plant heright Seed number per plant has the greatest genetic correlation to the yields,followed by the numbers of peds per plant,branches per plant,nodes of main stem,plant heright,diameter of stem and 100-seed weight.Seed number per plant has the greatest direct effect to seed weight per plant,plant height has the least direct effect to seed weight per plant.

Abstract:
Peroxidase(POD)and esterase(Est)isozymes were analysed by the means of polyery lamide gel electrophoresisin the two kinds of bambco shcots with different morphological characters.The results showed that their POD and Est isozyrnes Zymograms were different.We preliminary regarded them as difference in genotypes.Besides,analysis of fresh thender degree nutrition ingredient and the content of astringent substance was included in this paper.The resuIts indicated that both the nutrient worth and the taste were better in the white bambco shcots than in the vellow one.

Abstract:
Callus of Asparagus officinalis L.was induced on MS solid medium with bormone Embryonic callus was obtained from the selection and classification of the callus.Embryonic callus was proliferated by suspension culture in contained2,4-D 1~1.5mg/L MS liquid mediurn,Callus of more than lmm was inoculated on hornlone-free MS medium to induce somatic embryos.As agar concentration was increased from 0.6%to 0.8% or 1.0%,vitrification of somatic embryos decreased.Non-vitrified clubshapped embryos gern1inate and develop into normal plants on 1/2MS hormone-free solid medium.
Effect of H2O2 on Water Convolulus Seed Viability

Abstract:
The effect of H2O2 on water convolulus(Ipomea aquatica)seed viability has been studied at length in this paper.The experiment results showed that H2O2 could stimulate seed germiination and improve seed viability, the relative germination rate and seedling rate increased by about 21.0%and 25.0%respectively when the concentrations, treatment hours and temperatures were 1% H2O2-30℃-8h(the best set).Seed viability was rather difference among different water convolulus varieties.With 1%H2O2 treatment,the effects on lower germination rate varieties and new harvested seed were more apparent.Compared with other seed vlability promoters,the effect of H2O2 was slightly better than the gibbereline(920)and markedly better than other The mechanism of H2O2 treatment improving seed viability was parimarily discussed also.

Abstract:
In this experiment,germicide mancazeb,thiophanate and carbendazin are used to coat seeds before sowed.It can increase the germination rate of“292”spring seeds of vegetable soybeen by 21.9%and the emergence rate by 23.0% in summer.It can increase emergence rate of“soybeen Fuzhou Ⅲ”spring seeds of grain soybeen by 14% in summer,too.

Abstract:
White feather male domestic ducks D,CD and B hybridized with femal white feather muscovy duck M , and three groups of mule ducks DM, CDM and BM were obtained.Compare the ducks with control groups MD,MCD and MB:The ratio of 1~3 classes of white feather were same respectively.The differences of eviscerated weight with giblet, lean and skin fat rate were not significant;the body weights 8 and 10 week age were lighter, the percentage of breast muscle yield was high, the differences of both were significant.The mule duck’s growth speed was rather slow and the daily gain would decline quickly at 8-10 weed age, the breast growth shows early maturity.The differences of the body weight between the male and female of the mule duck was disparate, the female’s bedy weight at 10 week age was about 59% of the male’s and the incubation period of the mule duck is 31-32 days,it shows dam’s(female muscovy) genetic Character.The mule ducks have laying ability.The first egg of the mule duck is at 28 week age.The laying peak is at 32 week age and the laying rate is 74%.The egg number in 42 week age averages 54.4,and the averaged egg weight was 50 grams without great change in the all laying period.
Studies on Appling the Dynamic Imitation Model to the Development Planning of Animal Husbandry

Abstract:
The dynamic imitation model is used in this paper to draw up the development plan for the animal husbandry of Longyan Prefecture.First,a relatively detailed exposition has been made on the process of settinig up the model.Then,three development schemes have been constructively put forward:SchemeⅠis the steady development type;Scheme Ⅱis the grain-saving acceteration type;and scheme Ⅲ is the comprehensive speeding-up type.Scheme Ⅱ is conclusively recommendes as the best one through our studies.At the end of the paper the strategic measures have been given and the existing disadvantages are briefly discussed.
The Activity Change of Several Protective Enzymes in Cell of Rice Seedlings Infected by Xanthomonas Campestris pv.oryzicola

Abstract:
The experimental results showed that after rice seedlings were infected by Xanthomonas Campestris pv.Oryzicola, the decrease rate of chlorophyll content in infected leaves of resistant varieties was lower than that of susceptible varieties.During the period from the 2nd to 4th day after inoculation with the pathogen, the activity of Superoxide Disrnutase(SOD).Peroxidase(POD)and Catalase(CAT) in infected leaves of resistant varieties increased significantly,while the activity of susceptible va-rieties SOD and POD decreased,Although the POD activity of susceptible varieties increased,the in-crease rate of that was lower than that of resistant varieties, There was significantly positive relation be-tween the change of SOD activity and the change of POD and CAT activity in resistant varieties,where as susceptible varieties only displayed weak positive relation between therm.So it is suggested that violat-ing original balance among SOD, POD and CAT activity may be a physiological reason that makes sus-ceptible varieties susceptible to the pathogens,

Abstract:
In vitro screening of seed-derived callus lines of Asparagus was carried out by the biotechnology of plant cell culture,with the crude toxin filtrate extracted from mycelia of P.asparagi Sacc as stress factor.Some somatic mutants resistant to Asparagus stem blight disease were obtained from 638 calli screened, 62 calli were proliferative,from which 52 regenerated plants were produced.Disease resistance of the regenerated plants to P.asporagi Sacc was examined by spraying inoculation technique, out of 52 regenerated plants, 6 plants were resistant, and 46 plants were susceptible SE of all calli was 9.4×10-3 、Some problems about the utilization of resistant plants were also discussed.

Abstract:
This study has approached the effect of inorganic nitrogenous fertilizer in combination with organic fertilizer on the microflorain paddy soil and enzymatic activities.The location experiments of 10 rice cropping seasons in five years showed that compared with the relative treatments of equivalent nitrogens urea, the combining treatments of urea separately with Azolla,green manure and barnyard manure revealed that soil bacteria increased by(5.46-7.28)?105, Fungi increased by(0.96-1.96)?103,Actinomycets increased by(10.06-11.30)?104,Azotobacter increased by(7.85-9.56)?104,Urease-producing bacteria increased by(5.66-7.74)?105, the content of soil Hydrogenperoxide enzymatic activities increased by(0.36-0.49)(0.1 mol/L KMnO4ml/g.mil),the content of urease activities increased by 0.83-1.63(NH3-Nmg/g.soil).Meanwhile the combining treatments also raised the nutrition providing capacity in soil and the rice productivities acquired remarkable benefit in soil ecological recycling and economical efficiency.
