Abstract:
The structure protein (VP1) gene of pancreotropic duck hepatitis type 1virus MPZJ1206 strain was amplified by RT-PCR and integrated into the prokaryotic expression vector pGEX-6P-1, then expressed in E.coli.The SDS-PAGE results of the expressed protein demonstrated that the expression of recombinant VP1 protein of 52 kDa was in a high level, which laid a good foundation for the molecular diagnosis development and the function research of the VP1 protein.
The Active Efflux of Riemerella Anatipestifer for Fluoroquinolone Antibiotics

Abstract:
To study the active efflux mechanism of Riemerella anatipestifer for fluoroquinolone antibiotics (FQNS) such as norfloxacin, enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin and levofloxacin, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 25 Riemerella anatipestifer isolates for FQNS was tested, and simultaneously the MIC was detected after adding carbonylcyanide-m-chlorophenylhydrazone (CCCP) .The ratios of the FQNS-resistant strains were 84%, 72%, 76%, 68%and 36%;76%of strains were resistant to two or more drugs.CCCP increased the sensitivity of the drug-resistant bacteria to FQNS (except levofloxacin) , indicating that active efflux mechanism played an important role in resistance mechanisms to FQNS in Riemerella anatipestifer.
Comparative Analysis of Acipenser Schrenckii Sex Identification of Two Trauma Operation for Surgical Techniques

Abstract:
In this study, the puncture technique and abdominal surgery, two widely used minimally invasive techniques home and abroad, were comparatively analyzed for sex identification of Acipenser Schrenckii.The results showed that Acipenser Schrenckii could heal earlier, had more daily gain and higher survival rate when observing sex with puncture technique than with abdominal surgery, although the abdominal surgery could distinguish sturgeon′s sex a year earlier than the puncture technique.Therefore, the puncture technique is better for the raisers to identify sturgeon′s sex.
Analysis of the Genetic Contribution of the Ancestors to the Offsprings from Indica-Japonica Crosses of Rice by Pedigree Allele Method

Abstract:
In order to analyze the genetic contribution of the ancestors to the offsprings from rice subspecies cross, 16 parents and 39 varieties derived from special germplasm (92gk729) were analyzed by 221 pairs of SSR primers and pedigree allele method.The results showed that: (1) In 92gk729, the special fragment of the recombination of the four ancestors were amplified with 10 pairs of SSR primers;5specific sites of the recombination could stably transmit into the offsprings;one specific site of the recombination did not appear at the ancestors and the offsprings, so these special fragments need to be further analyzed. (2) The genetic contribution ratio of Ketan Nangka, JiaNanJing, 02428 and Minghui72to 92gk729 was 15.09%, 21.32%, 22.78% and 34.64%, respectively.The hybridization and recombination of the chromosome segment of the four parents amplified new specific sites, whose genetic contribution rate was 6.17%. (3) On every chromosome, the trend of the genetic contribution from the four ancestors to the offsprings was gradually decreased, accompanied with the increase of generations.The genetic contribution from the four ancestors to the offsprings showed Minghui72>02428>JiaNanJing>Kenta Nangka. (4) The cluster analysis of the data gained by the pedigree allele method was performed.The results showed that of the same hybrid combination, most of the varieties of the same genealogical branch with the derivative relations could be clustered together;the material of high derivative generations in close sibship of descendant could be clustered together.We could conclude that pedigree allele method could better reflect the genetic contribution of the ancestors to the offsprings.
Effect of Transplanting Density,Nitrogen Rate and Potassium Rate on Yield of ‘Shenliangyou 5814' Rice Rotated after Tobacco

Abstract:
Using 311-A optimal fitting saturated regressive design, the regression model for ‘Shenliangyou 5814'rice rotated after Tobacco was established with the factors in transplanting density, nitrogen rate and potassium rate.The results indicated that the effects of single factor on rice yield revealed in order of nitrogen rate >transplanting density> potassium rate.The interaction effect between two factors were in order as transplanting density and nitrogen rate > transplanting density and potassium rate > nitrogen rate and potassium rate.The optimum combination in factors was simulated with computer optimization, which was in transplanting density 210000hills·hm-2, potassium rate (K2O) 138.1kg·hm-2 and nitrogen rate (N) 143.4kg·hm-2 for the highest rice yield in 8 908.18kg·hm-2.

Abstract:
To add new potato varieties, and meet the regional ecological diversification requirement and demand of the farmers, in 2007, the Crop Institute of FAAS and Fujian Provincial Seeds Station jointly introduced a new potato variety, Zhongshu 7, developed by the Institute of Vegetables and Flowers of CAAS.After successful multi-plot trials, provincial regional and field tests, it was released by the Fujian provincial authorities in March, 2012.The growth period of Zhongshu 7was approximately 89 days.It had green leaves, purple stems, 6-8tubers per plant, oval-shaped tubers, faint yellow and smooth skin, flesh, shallow eyes, 18.38% dry matter, and appealing eating quality.Its dormancy was approximately 60 days, and the yield was 29 716-32 321kg·hm-2.To achieve high yield, recommendations on cultivation as follow field selection, turn over and ridging, seeds preparation, sowing time, planting density, fertilization, watering, intertillage, disease-and pest-control, and harvesting are included.

Abstract:
A new peanut variety ‘Quanhua 551', was bred by crossing ‘Quanhua 7'and‘Yueyou 13'at Quanzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences.It showed excellent characteristics of high pod yield, good quality, high resistance, and wide adaptability.It was released in 2013 by the National Agro-tech Extension and Service Center in Fujian and Liaoning Provincial Crops Approval Committee.

Abstract:
Effects of continuously cropped tobacco soils on the growth, yield and quality of the flue-cured tobacco variety, HD, were studied with a field experiment at Xiangyun, Yunnan.The results showed that, as the cropping years increased, (1) the growth of the tobacco plants was retarded with prolonged growth periods and reduced agronomic traits; (2) the occurrence of tobacco diseases, such as black root rot, black shank, and root-knot nematode, became gradually serious; (3) the activities of tobacco nitrate reductase and catalase reduced; (4) the yield, output value, average price and high-to-middle-quality ratio of the flue-cured tobacco leaves decreased; (5) the contents and balance of the chemical composition of the cured leaves began to gradually deviated from the optimum values.At the same time, the quality of cured leaves deteriorated.It was concluded that, as the cropping years of the same tobacco field increased, the rate of nitrogen assimilation was reduced and the plant′s nitrogen metabolism imbalanced, while harmful substances accumulated.As a result, the plant chemistry was ill-affected, the growth stunned, the disease-and pest-resistance reduced, and the tobacco yield and quality lowered.
Induction and Identification for Autotetraploid Non-heading Chinese Cabbage in High-quality and Heat-tolerance

Abstract:
Using diploid non-heading Chinese cabbage‘Yi-ling', the apical portion of their seedlings were treated with colchicine solution in different concentration.The variant plants were selected and identified in their ploidy, and were also studied in their characters of morphology, anatomy, cytology, their heat-tolerance, agronomic and nutritional traits.The results indicated that the treatment in colchicine 0.2 mol·L-1 for 4times resulted of tetraploid doubling in 7.64%.Comparing with the diploid plant, the tetraploid plants were significantly increased in the length and width of leaf and petioles, the number of flowering organs, stomata and pollen, the weight of leaf, petioles and plant, while setting percentage was receded remarkably.Based on the diploid plants, the contents of total soluble sugar, soluble protein and dry matter in autotetraploid plants were increased by 7.32%, 74.85%and3.91% for the leaves, and by 17.22%, 1.94% and 4.89% for the petioles, respectively.Similarly in the comparison, the content of organic acids in autotetraploid plant leaves and petioles was decreased significantly by22.56% and 25.00%, respectively.Under 42℃ heating stress, the content of MDA and free proline were significantly lower while soluble protein was higher in autotetraploid plants than in diploid plants.The results indicated that autotetraploid plants performed in high-quality and heat-tolerance.
Studying on Somatic Embryo Induction of Fortunella japonica

Abstract:
Based on single factorial experiment, the sterile seedlings of Fortunella japonica were used as explants for studying the effects of various growth regulators on inducing embryogeny with orthogonal test.The results showed:the MS+2, 4-D 2.0mg·L-1+BA 0.5mg·L-1 was the best culture medium for inducing embryonic callus.Sucrose at MS culture medium with BA 0.05mg·L-1 gave a maximum embryogenesis from the light yellow callus tissue of leaf.Planting somatic embryos on 1/2MS culture medium with NAA0.1mg·L-1, the rooting rate was 80%, the survive rate was 70%.
A Preliminary Report on Aseptic Seeding and Rapid Propagation of Pholidota cantonensis Rolfe

Abstract:
To alleviate a seed shortage on Pholidota cantonensis Rolfe, artificial culturing with medium optimization was investigated by using the plant tissue culture technology.The results showed that MS+20g·L-1 sucrose+8g·L-1 agar was an appropriate medium that allowed a germination rate above 70%.MS+50g·L-1 potato+20g·L-1 sucrose+8g·L-1 agar was desirable for the plantlet′s protocorm differentiation.Low concentrations of 6-BA and NAA in medium was better for bud protocorm proliferation and differentiation.The medium formulated with 1/2MS+0.5mg·L-1 NAA+20g·L-1 sucrose+8g·L-1 agar was optimal for rooting, as a rate of 100%was achieved.By using the combination of the above-mentioned media at respective stages, the plantlets of P.cantonensis Rolfe could be rapidly obtained from seeds.

Abstract:
The strains Z43-28-1and Z06283 are gained from ‘Zhang′er 43-28'and 06283 by tissue separation.In the present study, mycelia growth speed, growth vigor, anti-pollution ability and yield were compared.Our results showed that tissue separation increase mycelium growth by 10.3%and 13.5%, increase fruitbody yield by 6.2%, 2.7%and decrease contamination rate by 11.48%、38.55%.Our results suggest that tissue separation will be effective for rejuvenation of Auricularia polytricha (Mont.) Sacc.
Identification of Volatile Compounds Produced Bacillus spp.and Their Antimicrobial Effects on the Anthracnose Pathogen from Postharvest Loquat

Abstract:
The volatile compounds produced strains of Bacillus spp.were antagonistic to the loquat anthracnose pathogen (Colletotrichum acutatum) in two-compartment plastic plates.The results showed that the inhibition rates of FJAT-4748 and FJAT-10011 were 90.06%and 54.99%, which were better than the other tested strains.Colony morphology and 16 SrDNA sequence assays showed that the tested eight bacterial strains of Bacillus spp.were Lysinibacillus xylanilyticus、Brevibacillus borstelensis, Brevibacillus brevis, Brevibacillus agri, Bacillus aryabhattai, Brevibacillus formosus and Bacillus simplex, respectively.Our results suggested that these volatile compounds produced Bacillus strains could be promising biocontrol strains for anthracnose in harvested loquat fruit.
The Effect of Humidity on Citrus Huanglongbing Thermotherapy in the Field

Abstract:
Citrus huanglongbing (HLB) is the most destructive disease of citrus, and there is no effective control agent at the present, but control citrus psyllid, excavation of diseased trees.In this paper, we analyzed the effection of humidity on Citrus Huanglongbing thermotherapy in the field.Our results showed that 30 dnature and moist thermotherapy decrease the average concentration of Las in the leaves by 85%and 3.7%.Furthermore, 90 dnature and moist thermotherapy decrease the average concentration of Las in the leaves by 97%and 38%.In the contrast, the average concentrations of Las in leaves under control were slightly increased after 30 dand 90dtreatments;30d and 90 dhumidification without sheeting increased the average concentration of Las in the leaves by 4.5-fold and8.7-fold, but there was no significant difference with the control.Our results suggest that humidification with sheeting decrease the effect on killing Las significantly and increasing the soil moisture will benefit for the breeding of Las.
Efficacy of Fungicides and Spatial Distribution of Angular Leaf Spot on Tripterygium wilfordii Infected by Pseudocercospra elaeodendri

Abstract:
Efficacy of 8fungicides was examined in vitro on the germination of Pseudocercospra elaeodendri.The best effect of the fungicides was the 75% mass fraction chlorothalonil WP with EC50=0.49mg·L-2, EC=0.78mg·L-2, followed by the 25% mass fraction procymidone thiram WP, and then, the 80% mass fraction mancozeb WP.Spore germination inhibition rates of<10% were found for pyrimethanil (70 mg·L-2) , iprodione (100mg·L-1) , thiophanate-metlyl (100mg·L-1) and tradimefon (100mg·L-1) after 7hincubation.Based on the aggregation indices, Iwao′s regression and Taylor′s power law, the spatial distribution pattern of the angular leaf spot of Tripterygium wilfordii was found to be uniform in the area′s forests.
An Auto Forecasting System for Rice Insect Based on WebGIS

Abstract:
According to the artificial influence factors and bad timeliness in rice insect control decision, a WebGIS based system for the simulation and forecasting of rice insect was constructed.The system included the simulation module for the insect stage that based on the function of degree-days calculating, that could automatically forecast the occurrence stage of insect;the real-time weather information including the temperature and humdity could remind the users the suitability of the weather for the pest prevalence, then provide decision support information for the guest;and the pest information showed based on WebGIS could help the user to decide the control tactics for the large-scale field, corrected the error decision.In 2012, the system forecasted the occurrence condition of for SBPH, WBPH, BPH and the rice leaf-roller successfully in Jiangsu province and then the IPM methods to control the pest were applied.The system was based on the structure of Apache+PHP+MySQL+MapServer, it was easy for the guest to use, and it provided the powerful tool for the management of standard and information pest data, precision control and support for pest forecasting.
The Caracteristics of Citinase Ativity and Scondary Mtabolites in Paenibacillus Citinolyticus

Abstract:
The chitinase activity of Paenibacillus chitinolyticus FJAT-10038 was characterized by filtering FJAT-10038 Bacillus using chitinase medium, the chitinase activity of which reached at 11.044 U mL-1.Furthermore, Acetone extracts of FJAT-10038 Bacillus were analyzed by GC-MS.Our results suggest that thirteen-one compounds are identified, and the content of Pyrrolo [1, 2-a]pyrazine-1, 4-dione, hexahydro-and Propane, 1-ethoxy-2-methyl-reached 44.1672%and 15.5814%.Meanwhile, the match degree of Butylated Hydroxytoluene, Pyrrolo [1, 2-a]pyrazine-1, 4-dione, hexahydro-and Pyrrolo [1, 2-a]pyrazine-1, 4-dione, hexahydro-3- (phenylmethyl) -were 90%;97% and 93%, with a relative amount by 0.4305%, 44.1672% and 0.3842%.In addition, some other active substances were also been characterized.

Abstract:
Since the aquatic organisms tend to absorb and accumulate heavy metals, polluted water significantly affects the safety of seafood consumption.This study aimed to determine the heavy metal accumulation characteristics in fish, shrimp, shellfish and algae, as well as conduct a risk assessment for them as a food source.Thereby, it might help in safeguarding the public, controlling the quality, enhancing consumer education, and promoting industrial development of the aquatic products.
Structure Design of Microbial Fermentation Bed Large-scale Piggery for Pig Raising

Abstract:
In this study, the large-scale pig house was with an area of 2 100m2, covered by 1 900m2 fermentation bed, the utilization rate of which was 91.4%, 45% higher than traditional piggery construction.Feeding troughs were equipped around the piggery, and the water trough was set in the middle of the fermentation bed and short feeding trough, which made the forage separated from the water.The piggery was equipped with an electric aluminum alloy shutter in both long sides controlled by computer to regulate the ventilation, cooling and heat preservation.Both short sides were respectively equipped with fans and wet curtains.The spray cooling devices were installed outside the roof as an air condition in piggery.Piggery environment, including light, temperature, water, humidity, carbon dioxide and ammonia, was automatically controlled by computer.Using coconut chaff and chaff as the mattress of fermentation bed to raise pig was with no smell, zero emissions, high meat quality, less labor, disease control, no drug residues, fertilizer production, intelligent control, and mechanization operation.

Abstract:
An energy crop with a tremendous potential, Switchgrass (Panicum virgatum) , has been gradually used as a model plant for the related research.Recently, genetic methods were applied to select the genotypes with high biomass, low lignin, high ethanol conversion rate and resistance in order to improve its applications in the are a of biological energy.The present paper attempted to provide relevant references for the future development on the breeding of switchgrass.The functional genes that might be applicable for the enhancement of the biomass production, the saccharification efficiency, and/or the resistance to stresses, as well as related genetic methods are included.
